Use our innovation workshops to energize your staff, expand mindsets and learn new skills.
As innovators, we need to be curious, generative, and creative. The ability to question is the essence of curiosity. We begin the day by generating as many questions as possible about a particular concept. This process helps to break free from traditional roles and mindsets.
Before we create solutions, we develop a deep understanding of the needs of our people and our system. Our teams break out to uncover needs from the frontlines and from a system prospective. We use stories from the group members to guide our thinking.
Bringing the teams together, we spot patterns and prioritize needs. Weaving our work together uncovers opportunity spaces and defines where we want to focus developing solutions.
Within the opportunity spaces, we generate many ideas. Populating each space with a wide range of solutions helps us understand what’s the right type of innovation for our healthcare system.
Now the team takes a deep dive into developing a solution—turning small ideas into more robust concepts to share with the group. This also includes the creation of a roadmap for prototyping and implementing back in the real world.
We work with healthcare organizations to share our passion for and process of using design thinking.
